Uncover your best self.

Let me ask you a few things first:

  • Do you know all the secluded parking lots where you can binge eat without anyone knowing you are there?
  • Do you ever order a huge amount of food and pretend that it’s not all for you?
  • Do you hide food after you’ve ordered it from a fast food place and then drive to the another place to get more food?
  • Do you throw away the trash (evidence of a binge) in random trash cans so that it can’t be traced back to you?
  • Do you feel like you have a secret life that no one knows about and you’re too ashamed to admit?
  • Do you eat a lot of food to numb the pain?
  • Do you binge because you are trying to make yourself feel better?
  • Do you turn to food to celebrate the good times and drown out the bad and painful?
  • Do you hate yourself for what you do, yet feel completely hopeless on how to stop it?
  • Do you feel like there is something wrong with you and that you’re the only one who suffers?

If you can relate to any of these, I want you to know that I get it. I completely understand what that is like because I have walked in those shoes. I have been the girl who’s been mortified of anyone finding out my food secret. I’ve been embarrassed to gain weight because of binge eating. I’ve felt disgusted with myself on bingeing before going out to dinner with my friends, having a small salad there, and then planning a binge after.

I get it and you are not alone in your struggles with food.

After struggling with Binge Eating Disorder for 10+ years, I found a way out of the darkness. I spent some time in therapy, which helped me learn the importance of figuring out why I turned to food in the first place.

But... I knew that there was still more out there. Therapy wasn’t enough to overcome binge eating, so I sought out more answers.

And that’s what I want to share with you.

I want to work one-on-one with you to get to the root cause of why you binge eat. I want to dig deep to help you change your habits and to celebrate the small successes. I want to help you live an exceptional life that is not controlled by food any longer.

I know that the binge eating world is lonely and that you feel isolated. I know what it’s like to feel disgusted because you wonder why you aren’t able to get binge eating under control. I know about that secret life that you’re hiding from everyone. I’ve been there and done that too.

It’s lonely and dark and very sad.

Quite frankly, there is so much more to life than the one you’re living in where you struggle with food. I need you to know that if the very thought of you “showing” yourself, even to me an Internet stranger, scares you, you need to do it. I didn’t want to show anyone that I struggled with food. I was happy (or so I thought) about carrying that secret to my grave.

Until I wasn’t anymore.

I’ve always been a dreamer and I’ve known that there was more to life than the one I was living. So I had to show myself and do it publicly online, of course. (If you’re going to do it, do it big, right?!) I was scared, felt embarrassed, and even wondered if I was doing the right thing by putting myself out there. But that first email that came through thanking me for showing myself and for sharing my struggles was worth it. Why? Because that one person felt like they weren’t at it alone, that email validated everything I was setting out to do.

And that’s why I am so excited, after 15 years of the initial launch of my “End Binge Eating Now” ebook, to offer Binge Eating coaching once again. I’m setting out to change the lives of people who struggle with Binge Eating Disorder.
To help you see that there is so much more to life.
To give you hope.
To work with you closely so that you can see your potential and to realize that you deserve more than to binge eat.
