My Old Binge Eating Disorder Videos

Hi everyone!

Some of you may or may not know that I recently changed my website name, updated my ebook, and created a whole new look for my End Binge Eating Now website and blog.

It was a lot of work, but it was a much needed makeover and fresh start!

Today I wanted to share a couple of binge eating disorder videos that I created a couple of years ago that I recently dusted off.

binge eating disorder videosI will need to create some new videos soon so I can mention my new End Binge Eating Now website address.  But I wanted to keep the old videos up on YouTube because so many people have viewed the videos.

One has been viewed over 94,000 times!  Wow!

What do you guys think, should I create some new videos?  If so, what topics would you like me to talk about?

Enjoy the videos!

Thanks, Kristen. You are so brave and I admire you for wanting to help others who are going through what you went through. I’m 36 and have been dealing with this for as long as I can remember. I am sick of it. Sick of myself. Ashamed of my weakness. I bought your book(s) and have started reading. I always thought that this would just go away, but after twenty plus years, I know otherwise. I have read so many books on the topic, but none were written by someone with first hand experience.

As I write this, I am pushing the desire to binge away. I’m still not confident that I will beat it. My husband is sleeping on the couch. My problem is with loneliness. I am very alone, even when I am with others.

I won’t write anymore. I just wanted to comment after watching your videos. You did great! You are a beautiful person, inside and out, and I have great respect for your ambition.

With thanks and luck with your ebook and goals,

Hi Danielle! Thanks for commenting, I do appreciate your sweet words. Making those videos was hard – I like being able to “hide” behind my computer, lol. I do plan on making more videos because I’ve gotten a lot of really great feedback from people.

Sadly, binge eating doesn’t go away if you don’t try to fix it. It sounds like you are definitely taking a step in the right direction though – Writing on my blog, addressing that something is “off” about your eating habits, reading books – Those are such position steps!

As far as your loneliness – Why do you feel like that? Have you always felt that way?

I hope you were successful in not bingeing after you wrote this. Please feel free to talk to me whenever you need some help – I will do my best!

I think its more the other way around…they binge and then guilt tsvehelems into running more later. I LOVE to eat! I LOVE to run. They go hand in hand. Because I run I get to eat more than the average person. I don’t run just to eat more but I do take advantage of the benefit. I will also admit that every Thanksgiving morning while I am running…Im thinking of what I will be eating (and how its ok….because I already got my run in).
